Van Royal, Project Director and Co-Broker is a native of Southwest Florida. Van has worked at Magnolia Point for eight years and he and his family have been residents here for 15 years. Van enjoys golf, tennis, and fishing.  Van will be able to help you with residential as well as commercial real estate needs.
Rosalind Arnold, Co-Broker, is a native of Valdosta, Georgia. Roz has been a realtor for 16 years and at Magnolia Point for 13 years. Rosalind is a certified Residential Specialist. Roz enjoys tennis, fishing & spending time with her children.

Sandy Flanders is Advanced Certified Site Agent. A native of Syracuse, New York, Sandy has been a Site Agent for 12 years. Sandy and her husband, Ernie, are also residents and enjoy golfing and tennis.
Gloria Staniforth has been part of Magnolia Point's Team for the past 15 years.  Gloria and her family play and work within this wonderful private-gated Golf & Country Club.  Having both her Real Estate License and Certified Site Agent Credentials, she is very highly trained for all your real estate needs.  When not working, Gloria is on the golf course, at the beach, and when possible on the ski slopes.
Laura Branch was born in Chicago, Illinois, and has been coming to Magnolia Point with her husband, Tom, since 1990. They made Magnolia Point their permanent residence in 1995 after living in Northern California for 19 years.

Katie O’Brian, a native of Mississippi was a licensed Real Estate Agent in Mississippi for twelve years.  She and her husband the Reverend S. E. O’Brian moved to Florida in 1995 and she became a licensed Real Estate agent, holding a Brokers license with Magnolia Point at that time.  She enjoys reading and teaching a Sunday School Class in her church.  Katie will enjoy looking for the perfect home for you!

 

Cheryl Royal  relocated from Milwaukee, WI in 

1996 with her husband Mark and two daughters.  

Cheryl has been in general real estate for about 3 

years and takes pride in being a specialist in the 

Fleming Island area.  Cheryl is involved with PFA 

and Sac committees at the elementary and middle 

school.  She also enjoys playing tennis, boating 

and watching football.

Connie H. Olson, GRI-Realtor/Manager of the Magnolia Point Realty, Inc. Walnut Street office in Downtown,

Green Cove Springs. Connie is a native to Florida and active in the Community in her spare time with the Green Cove Springs Merchants Assoc. and Chamber of Commerce/Rotary. Connie never meets a stranger and regardless of whether I'm dealing with a first time home buyer or a million dollar waterfront second home each client will receive the same great service. You will also find Connie enjoying the Beach, and gardening with the help of her 3 Labs in her spare time.

Ron Snow was born in Jacksonville, Florida and went to local schools including Florida Community College – Jacksonville.  Ron worked for Allstate Insurance Company for 25 years as a Sales Representative and retired in July 2000. He earned his real estate license after retiring and has been working for the Magnolia Point Realty-Walnut Street office since.  As he is a true native to Northeast Florida, his knowledge of the area is extremely beneficial to his customers.

 

 

Dana Waller, born and raised in Florida. Currently reside in Palatka with my husband Harold and two children Christopher and Zachary. Prior to my Real Estate Career I worked in Financing. You will find me in my spare time teaching a Missions program at my church, as well as gardening, and enjoying the river while fishing with my family.

 

Scott Westervelt, Realtor, Jacksonville native, recently returning to area after completing 35 years of active duty as a U. S. Marine.  Holds BA in Business Administration and two MA's in Business Administration and Business Management.  Eagle Harbor resident, married, three children and four grandchildren.  Avid outdoorsman.
 

Bruce Ramirez, Realtor, was born on Long Island, New York.  Bruce and his wife, Patricia have been  residents of northeast Florida since 1999.  Along with being a realtor with Magnolia Point, Bruce is owner of Sports Mania in Mandarin and Fleming Island.  He coaches lacrosse at The Bolles School.  Bruce is actively involved in the local Soccer programs.
